Have order delivered
To make it easy for you, we already enter your address as the delivery address for a new order. Of course you can change that address and have your order delivered to your work, friends or family. Then enter a different address when checking your details. We will then ensure that your order reaches the correct destination.
When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 4:30 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day on weekdays. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be included with those placed on Monday.
Will I receive a notification when my order has been shipped?
Yes! As soon as the shipment has been created, you will receive immediate notification by email. During the shipping process you will be informed directly by the carrier regarding the status of the package. You can easily track your package using Track & Trace and view the expected delivery time.
Delivery times
The delivery time of your package is generally fixed. However, exceptions, such as public holidays and ad hoc delays at the carrier, can lead to some delays. Is your delivery address in a remote area? Then take into account at least one working day extra.
